Proyecto de Factibilidad para la Creación de la Hosteria "KULTA COCHA" en la Comunidad de Majipamba,Cantón Colta,Provincia de Chimborazo.

This project aims to provide reliable and updated information on the possibilities accommodation`s success project, implementing just at a site near the Colta`s lake Majipamba community in Canton Colta, Chimborazo`s Province, through the development the study of tourism potential, market, technical, management - legal and financial, made through field research and analysis of quantitative methods. According to the Tourism Unit of the Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado del cantón Colta, in the community of Majipamba doesn`t exist accommodation facilities that satisfy the needs of the tourist and food establishments are rare, since these places are not on the sector but Cajabamba The idea presented by the project is to provide accommodation, restaurant and recreation, which will offer potential customers a quality service, excellent comfort room, where tourists after visiting the range of tourist attractions that have the environment to rest satisfactorily. To obtain results was carried out several studies, among them are: The Market research in which it was determined the offer of tourist services and demand in the canton Colt is 13,336 tourists in 2010 as the Tourism Unit, and also conducted an inventory of natural and cultural attractions that has the canton. It established some marketing strategies to promote tourism in the Hostel.
