Описание
Итог:The present thesis project has been carried out in the parish of San Isidro de Patulú, canton Guano, province of Chimborazo; where the Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado of this parish has established as a priority the execution of an Irrigation Project to benefit the communities of San Vicente of Igualata, San Antonio of Tumbo, Santa Rosa of Lima and San Francisco. For the execution of this project, it is necessary to comply with the provisions of the Environmental legislation. The Ministry of the Environment as an Environmental Authority requires that all projects are registered in the Single System of Environmental Information and for this the corresponding technical documents must be prepared. In this sense, the preparation of an Environmental Impact Study of the irrigation project has been established in which , prior to the determination of the area of influence , the description of the project and the identification of the environmental components of the baseline, it proceeds to the Evaluation of Environmental Impacts using as a central tool a Leopold matrix. The identification and characterization of the environmental impacts determine that the project is technically and environmentally viable since the positive effects overcome the negative ones and the last ones can be prevented, reduced or compensated through the application of activities contained in programs that are part of the Environmental Management Plan. The EsIA developed may be used by the parochial GAD of San Isidro to comply with the requirements that were issued by the Ecuadorian Ministry of the Environment.
