There are various disorders of the cervical spine, this problem may have different causes or may be the result of traumatic injury, taking positions vicious, stress, poor body mechanics, and other factors. These factors may affect the good performance of the function of the cervical spine, changes in the different planes of movement, impaired strength, general instability. However, with a good rehabilitation therapy can effectively treat the causes of these problems. For the rehabilitation success with a good identification of the problem and its treatment, is important to focus on its main goal which is to achieve a good functional recovery, for which one must first make a correct diagnosis of the disease, this will determine the success or failure of a specific protocol for the rehabilitation of the cervical spine.
