সংক্ষিপ্ত:Corporate social responsibility is a factor of great importance within the organizational culture of the company Minabradec CIA Ltda. in the city of Riobamba. This culture involves these variables interacting with each other; therefore, knowing about its influence and how it can improve or negatively impact the organizational culture is vital for improving the relationships of the aforementioned company. In this research, both general and specific objectives and hypotheses were proposed, which contribute to the theoretical framework where the study variables are described. This provides sufficient knowledge to build a corporate social responsibility plan that helps optimize the organizational culture within the company Minabradec CIA Ltda. A hypothetical-deductive methodology was used to state and verify the hypothesis based on the collection of statistical data to proceed with its analysis, facilitating the study of the research phenomenon and providing a solution to the problem posed in the research work. As collection techniques, we used an interview with the manager of the company Minabradec CIA Ltda and a survey of its workers, allowing us to learn about its shortcomings and virtues. The results obtained reveal that they have incorrectly used corporate social responsibility and organizational culture practices, which has generated a negative impact on corporate reputation as well as employee commitment.
