Resumo: | The metals are essential elements that play a role in different parts of the body, the toxicity of these is measured through its density so that a high percentage of them combined with other substances can cause serious health problems. Determine metals through atomic absorption method in plants of the species Datura tree, in the province of Tungurahua (vineyards) in the period from January to June 2015, it responds to the need to know how it influences the proportion of minerals exposed in plants and their effects on different organs and in this way contribute to the diagnosis and treatment of disorders and diseases caused by these compounds, the present research work used the method of atomic absorption spectroscopy which is based on the decomposition of samples in atoms by a call to quantify minerals in certain matrices, allowing us to indicate the present in the samples to be analyzed metabolite, deductive method of the general theory to hypothesize was also used, the research was descriptive and detailing general characteristics of the samples subjected to analysis, field where research and explanatory held since interprets a reality based on a set of statements, beliefs, principles and discoveries, working with a population of 600 plants that were processed and analyzed at the Laboratory of Forensic Chemistry Department of Criminology of Chimborazo, the results complied with the proposed objectives and test the hypothesis, in conclusion plants carry high concentrations of toxic metals such as chlorides, calcium, phosphorus, iron, magnesium, manganese, potassium, chromium, copper, lead when combined with scopolamine are harmful to health. |
