| Sumari: | The objective of the present investigation was to determine the coping strategies used by 76 adolescents between 16 and 18 years of age in the Riobamba Educational Unit, and how this relationship is related to their interpersonal interactions. For the realization of the same, the mixed approach was chosen, as well as the application of the instrument scales of coping for adolescents, Frydenberg and Lewis, Spanish Edition year 2000, which evaluated the coping strategies used by adolescents. A survey was also used to identify and describe the interpersonal relationships of adolescents with their peers: friends, partners and partners. Subsequently, a statistical analysis of the results was carried out and it was concluded that according to the strategies aimed at solving the problem, most adolescents use the FI strategy more frequently, which is about seeking physical distractions, engaging in sport, doing physical effort and staying in shape, and also students prefer ES that refers to strive and succeed where it involves work behaviors and personal involvement. The interpersonal relationships of the students with their classmates, friends and couple are mostly good. |
