Tóm tắt:The researching project is aimed at the importance and implementation of learning styles at Educational Institution “Manuela Álvarez Méndez” from Penipe, in order to determine the several learning styles and its relationship with academic achievement of the students. The research remarked on the importance of acknowledge and respect VAK (visual, auditory and kinesthetic learners) learning styles to promote the well development of students, using observation as the principal technique with a qualitative approach, besides it is based on non-experimental design that does not apply variable manipulation or the implementation of activities, where the change of attitudes is evidenced. The investigation is elementary and pure, documentary based on the search information in different bibliography such as journals, web sites, theses, documents, etc. The methodology is a descriptive approach and breaks down various content. The population in this research is 279 students of 6 years old. The results show that children with a kinesthetic style excel in physical and creative activities (82%), concluding the main fact for teachers to be qualified to identify and work with different learning styles, which is fundamental to improving the educational process and the future of students.
