The purpose of this research was the "Analysis of the internal communication management of the GADM of Ambato in the covid-19 health crisis, period January-July 2020 context". To carry out this research, a quantitative and qualitative analysis was carried out, through the application of surveys that were generated to the internal public, in the same way an interview was carried out with experts on the subject of organizational communication; The information collected helped to identify the main causes and consequences that are generated within the institution during the time of confinement, to solve the problem, an Internal Communication Manual for the Decentralized Autonomous Government of the Ambato Municipality is proposed, said manual is a guide that it will allow the institution to develop or create internal communication skills in order to maintain an adequate flow of information within the municipality; Even this manual provides guidelines for the proper management of communication in times of crisis. |
