| الملخص: | “Balanced Exibal” is a company from Riobamba that processes and markets safe and nutritious food through the most advanced technology, its products have proteins, vitamins and other nutrients, it also offers quality products and is on the market since 2012. This research focuses in analyzing the situation of digital communication, collecting internal and external information to design positioning strategies in digital media, which helps the relationship of consumers with the company and thus increase sales, therefore the company can stand out from the competition. The results of the instruments applied in the research, demonstrated the deficiencies in the content of digital media, which indicates that these elements must be corrected, so that a quantitative mixed approach is used to know the amount of active and new customers of the company, In terms of qualitative analysis of data collection was used, whose results provide guidelines to generate the positioning strategy in digital media. Finally, this is the final proposal that will help the company to create content of value for customers, at the same time it permits to interact with the company constantly through digital platforms as they are tools that facilitate brand positioning. |
