Adicionar Tag | Resumo: | The present research work “ administrative management in the strategic plan of the Trajes Lizardo microenterprise in the city of Ambato”. Had as a general objective to determine the influence of administrative management on the strategic plan of the microenterprise. And its specific objectives sought to diagnose the administrative management of the microenterprise, and finally design a useful strategic plan for the current needs of Trajez Lizardo. The methodology used was the hypothetical deductive method, which consisted of proposing hypotheses based on previously carried out investigations, comparing the facts studied. The research was subject to a non-experimental design that was based on concepts, knowledge, theories and studies already proposed by other authors. Likewise, the size of the sample was base don’t the number of frequent customers who have made purchases in the year 2022, which corresponds to 157 people, for the data collection the survey technique was used and the questionnaire was used as an instrument. The results showed that the alternative hypothesis that mentions that administrative management influences the strategic plan in the microenterprise Trajes Lizardo in the city of Ambato is approved. |
