| Shrnutí: | This research work allows the development of a manual of safe work procedures at the Alao and Nisag generation plants and at substation # 1 of Empresa Eléctrica Riobamba SA (EERSA), due to the fact that workers are unaware of the proper way to carry out activities before an abnormal situation of the water resource. For this, it was necessary to conduct a field investigation that consists of observing and identifying the main causes that influence work performance, resulting in ignorance, fatigue, repetitive activities and excessive workload, which are the main problems that the worker presents due to the absence of a safe work procedure. In addition to identifying and assessing according to the GTC45 the risk factors that cause possible occupational accidents to those who are immersed in the process of own generation and Subtransmission, giving as a level of unacceptable risk factors of repetitive movements, load and rhythm of work, falls to the same level, monotony, stress and exposure to bacteria, viruses, etc. The procedures for safe work were elaborated by decreasing, improving and controlling the level of unacceptable irrigation, obtaining a total of six procedures at the own generation plants, two procedures at substation # 1 and a procedure for the proper use of personal protective equipment same that were approved by the EERSA. With the present study, a manual was built that will serve as a guide for those interested, guaranteeing the safety and the good development of the processes. |
