| Streszczenie: | The strategies for market expansion at S.T Rio Import company have the purpose of generating new leads that allow the company’s positioning with its brand and its corporate image at a national level, in order to strengthen its market positioning, to increase its sales and to improve its competitiveness against other companies that commercialize party items. For the market expansion strategies to meet the company’s expectations regarding their efficiency, the present dissertation puts forward a variety of strategies that have been adopted in different commercial environments, gaining this way the necessary knowledge and the most important and helpful information that grants the possibility to develop a strategic plan for commercial growth at a national scale. The aforementioned study is carried on chapters I and II, where the principal data is collected for the proposal’s development. The results that were obtained from the commercial area of the S.T Rio Import through market research include: the interest in acquiring party items, the unfamiliarity with the brand at a national level, the desire of reaching new commercial zones, the importance of the products’ price-quality ratio and the attraction towards new commercial leads, plus other important and significant focal points. The strategies that were investigated and positioned in the research are endorsed by the positioning, the growth, the commercial expansion, the brand’s loyalty, providing with results and improvement for the commercial processes of the import company. The results that were brought by the survey on the commercial market are analyzed at the end of chapter V, where it is possible to determine the clients’ criteria and their tastes and preferences regarding the products that are commercialized by the Rio Company. |
