For this work, the type of descriptive and field research was used, and the qualitative and quantitative methodology were used since these allowed for analysis and interpreted the research results. The population was 63 parents, the sample was not applied, and we worked with the entire population. Likewise, techniques such as surveys and interviews were used to collect information. It is an inquiry of relevance since the results are accurate because it was determined that in the educational community, there is digital illiteracy, with 95% of parents who do not have skills, abilities, and knowledge in ICT; therefore, the authorities must look for alternatives to include society in the digital era.
