Izvleček:This research entitled "The interaction of Diario Regional Los Andes with digital platforms case: Facebook, period January-June 2019" emerged from the need to know how the media audience interacts with the social network Facebook and know if the principles of interaction are met. Several methods of scientific research were used, such as analytical, descriptive and qualitative research. The type of research was field and documentary, we used techniques such as literature review and interaction analysis that is based on a matrix that includes reactions, comments, visualizations, among other items. In addition, interviews were conducted with the subject experts. To observe the interaction generated by this media with the audiences, the fanpage of Diario Regional Los Andes was analyzed for six months. This paper presents as a proposal an interaction manual in Facebook as a guide for this media.
