| Yhteenveto: | The name of this present research is: A DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF A BUSINESS PLAN TO ¨ENGINE TRUCKS¨ ENTERPRISE AND ITS FINANCIAL PROFITABILITY INCIDENCE IN RIOBAMBA CITY, FROM MARCH TO SEPTEMBER, 2013. This research determined the fundamental elements to set a business plan according to Engine trucks needs, such as: its positioning on the market and the promotion of its several services through identifying its main customers and its possible potential competitors. There was an internal and external analysis through FODA which aim was to determine potential factors from the enterprise in order to broadcast its services on the market which is based on reliable data. Thanks to market research, it was possible to project some sell which were based on historical data from the Riobamba city. Its market research results determined that there was an unsatisfied demand on Riobamba citizens, due to a lack of enterprise policies and capacity from Engine TRUCKS¨ After having done the business plan, it was possible to determine its feasibility on broadcasting and marketing implementation due to a financial study (MIX), which objective was to go deeper in services for the Riobamba`s demanding market. Thus, two different scenarios were considered to make a financial economic evaluation about the business plan, which determined its feasibility in implementing the mentioned plan as it is showed in the financial indicators. The hypothesis results show that either marketing or broadcasting implementation MIX, will permit to ¨ENGINE TRUCKS¨ not only to spread its offered services, but also to improve its corporate and social image. |
