| Tóm tắt: | ABSTRACT: At present, caesarean sections are increasingly frequent, which implies the existence of certain complications related to certain risk factors. Hemorrhages and infections are the most common post-esorian complications, being the second and third cause of maternal morbidity worldwide. A descriptive documentary study was developed, with the aim of determining nursing care in patients with post-cesarean section complications, by collecting information in different documents published in scientific bases such as: Scielo, Lilacs, Pubmed, Elsiever, ProQuest, Google Scholar, clinical practice guides and university repositories between the years 2017 and 2022, of which 64 bibliographic sources were taken as a sample, of which 35 were used for the triangulation process and their analysis. Based on the results, the aspects to be assessed and corresponding care were established in the main post-cesarean section complications, these being hemorrhage and infections such as surgical wound infection and endometritis. Hemorrhage care includes vital signs control, administration of blood products, uterotonic medications, uterine massage and compression, quantification of hemorrhage, monitoring of hemodynamics. Infection care includes: antibiotic administration, pain relievers, care education, signs, infection symptoms, monitoring and cleaning of the surgical wound. Keywords: caesarean section, complication, nursing care, hemorrhage, wound infection, endometritis. |
