إضافة وسم | الملخص: | The present work analyzes the job stress that one presents in the personnel of the Emergency area of the Hospital of the IESS of Riobamba's city, which is identified by the signs, symptoms and stressful factors perceived by the subjects. In addition, it is an investigation of quantitative, descriptive, transverse, not experimental, psychological, and energetic type because it sustains the efficiency of the strategies Psychotherapeutic, which are of easy application, of demonstrated efficiency and under cost. The population of study, is the both professional and not professional personnel, including Doctors, Nurses, You will help of Infirmary, and will help of Service, of the emergency area of the Hospital of the IESS, which have been employed at least during the last 6 months at this area at the unit and those 43 persons, add in total. For the obtaining of the information there was applied Maslach Burnout's test Inventory (MBI), which is most known and used, created by Maslach and Jackson in 1981, which there measure the factors or dimensions of the job stress. |
