Proyecto de Servicios Hoteleros para personas con Capacidades Especiales en la Ciudad de Riobamba.

At present there are approximately 600 million people with disabilities, of which 35 million have resources for travel and tourism. Disabled people have as citizens the same rights, the same expectations and aspirations of others and want to be customers who can enjoy the tourist normally, without having to select your destination and tourist accommodation from a very limited supply and almost nonexistent in terms of quantity and quality according to your needs. The proposal of this work was geared to owners, managers, employees of the hotels in the Riobamba city; acquire the necessary knowledge of the characteristics that must have each of the services with adequate facilities to receive people with special needs. In addition to training through an instruction is necessary and provide basic guidelines for hotels that provide catering services, accommodation and leisure facilities mainly within as well as personalized attention that staff should take into account when providing a service this segment of people.
