Προσθήκη ετικέτας | Περίληψη: | ABSTRACT The title of this research is "THE TRIAL IN ABSENCE AND THE IMPUNITY OF THE CRIME OF TRAFFICKING OF INFLUENCES," it has originated as a social practice of corruption, the factors are diverse, but the most common is the search for one's benefit or stranger, who performs it out of favoritism. In this regard, the purpose of this investigation is to describe the impunity generated by the non-prosecution in the absence of the accused regarding the crime of influence peddling, which puts legal security at risk by not being able to reach the trial of the persons prosecuted for being fugitives of justice. For compliance, this investigation has three parts: first by treating the consistent theoretical framework in 3 units called: the first, influence peddling, the second, referring to impunity for the crime of influence peddling, and the third on trial in absentia and impunity for the crime of influence peddling. The methodological design is suitable for a social, legal investigation through the logical-inductive, analytical, and interpretive research method; qualitative research approach; bibliographic and descriptive documentary research; non-experimental research design. Additionally, information has been collected thanks to the research instruments, with which it has been possible to raise conclusions and recommendations according to the problem investigated.
