Summary:ABSTRACT: The present investigation has identified as the main drawback the poor development of sustainable tourism in the Balcon Tumpiki reserve of the Nanegalito parish, due to the lack of knowledge about the use of the Sustainable Development Goals in tourist activities, for this reason it has been chosen The objective is to analyze the influence of tourist facilities on the development of sustainable tourism in the reserve, thereby turning them into a destination that contributes to nature conservation, education and the enjoyment of recreational and scientific activities. A documentary and field approach were used, with a non-experimental, descriptive, transversal, and correlational design. To obtain the data, surveys were carried out with a Likert scale in reserves that provide tourist services in the Nanegalito parish and its surroundings. The first was carried out with tourists seeking to know the importance of tourist facilities during their stay or visit, likewise, Surveys were carried out with owners or reservation managers in order to understand the importance of becoming a sustainable destination. With the results obtained, the SPSS statistical program was used to analyze the data, elements that served for the development of the proposal. The product consisted of the design of indicative and interpretive tourist signage, focused on directing or directing visitors to places of interest within the reserve, in addition to discovering the meaning and importance of its natural and cultural resources.
