Gestión de riesgos físicos y mecánicos en la fábrica de adoquines del GAD parroquial Calpi y propuesta de un plan de prevención

The development of this research work is aimed at the preventive management of the physical and mechanical risks identified in the paving stone factory of the decentralized autonomous government of the Calpi parish. When conducting a diagnosis of the current conditions, the lack of a culture of industrial safety was evidenced at the time of developing the different productive activities of this factory. Following the analysis of the initial conditions, the identification, measurement, and evaluation of the factors that generate the most incredible risk conditions in the plant were carried out using specialized matrices and laboratory equipment for this purpose. In the assessment of these risks, the method proposed by the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (INSHT) was used. The evaluation revealed the presence of risks that could affect the collaborators, for which, complementary to this study, a prevention plan was suggested. This plan is not only comprehensive but also effective, as it includes reliable and easily applicable measures to improve the conditions of the workers, thus preventing absenteeism and losses for the company.
