La seguridad e higiene industrial en la gestión de talento humano en la empresa IASA-servicios de Guayaquil.

ABSTRACT: The present investigation titled "Safety and industrial hygiene" in the human talent management of the company NASA-SERVICES of Guayaquil has the purpose of determining the safety and industrial hygiene in the human resources management of the company NASA-SERVICES. For the present investigation, the following methodologies were used: descriptive and explanatory, which were adequate for elaboration. Likewise, surveys were made of 33 people who make up the department of NASA-SERVICES, specifically in the Workshops Area, with closed questions, thus allowing simple answers. The non-experimental methodology was applied to carry out the research without changing its variables. At the end of this research, it displayed that safety within the company, NASASERVICES, has a deficient emergency plan. The members of this company face different essential challenges in terms of safety and hygiene. In addition, they do not have a risk map and lack different escape routes, emergency exits, and meeting points. Among these conclusions, we can highlight a great lack of personal protective equipment for workers. The people in charge of the work teams are not properly trained.
