| Περίληψη: | The Camal Municipal Riobamba is a public company that provides the service of slaughter of major and minor species, this has an industrial type plant with machinery according to the processes of slaughter and skilled labor. The present project proposes to carry out an ergonomic risk management for the prevention of skeletal muscle disorders focused on the jobs of bovine and porcine slaughtering lines, by making a previous diagnosis of the current situation of the workers and the evaluation of the ergonomic risk factors with the RULA, OCRA, MMC-INSHT methods by job, therefore the results are obtained by the application of surveys, 85% of the workers do not know that it is an ergonomic risk, while 56% have continually had ailments in bones or muscles; taking into account the situation, we proceed to the identification of ergonomic risk factors such as bad postures, repetitive movements and manual handling of loads. Then, 18 jobs were evaluated with the Rula Method, which resulted in 78% of the jobs being of action level 2 of moderate category, 22% of the jobs are of action level 3 of important category; for repetitive movements, 27 jobs were evaluated with the Ocra Checklist Method, obtaining 11% with an acceptable level of risk, 11% very slight or uncertain, 48% mild, 26% medium and 4% high. For manual handling of cargo a work station was evaluated obtaining a risk index of 1.6 present at the low level. According to the results, it is proposed to carry out a manual of ergonomic procedures to promote preventive and corrective actions through socialization, training, training and awareness to staff. |
