When presenting skeletal absenteeism, accidents and musculoskeletal discomfort in the company makes it necessary that safety, occupational health and fundamentally the transport and handling of loads are considered as a fundamental pillar of study because of its problematic, since it seeks social, mental and physical well-being Of workers, thus avoiding accidents and occupational diseases in the workplace, which are caused by working conditions. To solve the problem presented in the workers is implemented a manual stacker for the transportation and handling of loads in confined spaces. An initial and final diagnosis of the worker's working conditions is established through an analysis of the activities, inspections, application of surveys and the qualitative evaluation of hazards and risks to which each employee was exposed at his / her workplace. The Rula method was used for the evaluation of the risks due to the adoption of inappropriate postures, and the NIOSH method was used for the evaluation of risks by manual lifting of loads.
