To solve the problem presented in the workers is implemented a manual stacker for the transportation and handling of loads in confined spaces. An initial and final diagnosis of the worker's working conditions is established through an analysis of the activities, inspections, application of surveys and the qualitative evaluation of hazards and risks to which each employee was exposed at his / her workplace. The Rula method was used for the evaluation of the risks due to the adoption of inappropriate postures, and the NIOSH method was used for the evaluation of risks by manual lifting of loads.
