Las hipermediaciones en los contenidos presentados por las plataformas digitales de los medios escritos de Riobamba, periodo enero – julio 2019.

The present investigation called "Hypermediations in the contents presented by the digital media platforms of Riobamba, period January - July 2019", was carried out with the purpose of ckecking if the media content distribution platforms mentioned above comply with the Treatment of interactive digital communication that technology currently demands. Carlos Scolari (2008), inserts in the society the study of hypermediations, the communicologist stablishes several characteristics such as: Hypertextuality, multimedia, interactivity, and reticularities, which were developed in the theoretical framework in addition to: Digital communication, cyberculture, digitization, cyber journalism, digital platforms; the scientific method was used that allowed us to verify and verify the truth of the theories used, with a qualitative investigation, it was possible to determine the weaknesses in the studied digital platforms, content analysis tables were prepared, contrasting this information with the interviews carried out to the people in charge of managing the web pages of the local media. With the data collected it was concluded that the media does not have a true informative treatment of the contents they post on web pages, they use few hypermedia elements to build their published information, therefore, a manual was developed for the treatment of hypermediations on digital platforms of local media.
