La sobreeducación y la repercusión en los salarios de los graduados de la carrera de economia de la Facultad de Ciencias Politicas y Administrativas de la Universidad Nacional de Chimborazo, periodo 2010-2017

Analyzes the impact that exists between the explanatory variables on the explained variable that is overeducation; This process demonstrates through tables and statistical graphs the performance of different indicators in the period. It is also necessary to emphasize that due to the behavior of the variables to the Binary Logistic Regression Model with the application of a Mincer Equation. The structure of this work is presented by chapters that are organized as follows: Chapter I, presents the Reference Framework; Chapter II, develops the Theorical Framework and theoretical approaches regarding the over-education and salary. Chapter III includes the Methodological Framework that means the methodology applied, the analysys and discussion of data, has a fundamental the measurement instrument in the survey. As a final point the analysis of results is done with the execution of the Econometric Model, with the use of the static package SPPS 25.0. Finally Chapter IV comprises the conclusions and recommendations that were reached after the research process, which may be the basis for future research.
