总结:The present research work aims to analyze the model of the Bilingual Intercultural education system and its practice with respect to Decoloniality in education, in the area of social sciences in the unit Education Intercultural bilingual Pachayachachik, for the academic period 2014-2015. Bilingual Intercultural education is a key strategy to achieve the good life, has as an instrument of ideological, philosophical and cultural reference of its education policy the model of the system of Bilingual Intercultural education (MOSEIB), which guides the educational process of the peoples and nationalities of the Ecuador. In the same way as theory Decoloniality raises breaking traditional schemes and prioritize indigenous thought, interculturality, the ancestral knowledge within the framework of achieving the full development of students to achieve a qualitative leap in the quality of life and to keep the cultural roots in the field of modern. In this thesis work is worked with the unit Education Intercultural bilingual "PACHAYACHACHIK" which has developed a so-called educational proposal: "Rune pedagogy" which is performed by the Rikuchina (indicate, show, show); Yachapayana (shadow); Pukllachina Mishanakuna (to the won); Chimpapurana (confrontrar, prepare, put examples); Kunana-Wanachina (advice); Parlana (chat-orality); Yachachina (teach). Thus the "Rune pedagogy" is the form of everyday teaching and learning that part of what is lived, is experienced in family, in the community, in the Ayllu. From this perspective the Decolonial theory, it seeks to situate the debate in development that have "urban centres" and poverty and abandonment that characterizes the "peripheries". This work focused on identifying the application of elements or curricular basis of the MOSEIB in the area of social sciences; If them content and activities of learning is run according to the context cultural and ancestral of the "Pachamama", the family and the community and them demonstrations artistic intercultural of them peoples and nationalities in the curriculum of history. The theoretical framework was built from the conceptual analysis of several authors, who are referenced in the bibliography. The research is descriptive. Applies the survey, interview technique and the questionnaire as an instrument for gathering information, in addition the technique of direct observation and the observation sheet. Concluding that in the UEIB Pachayachachik it complies with the model of the Bilingual Intercultural education system and that promotes decoloniality in the area of social sciences.
