| Zusammenfassung: | At present, E-Commerce or electronic commerce has gained strength in an extraordinary way, with it leading to many of the companies or businesses losing their physical state and managing more virtually, the case of the Macro Show musical house of the city of Riobamba, who have remained a physical place for the sale of products and services within the musical line, also seeks to migrate to the world of electronic sales (E-Commerce). The objective of the present investigation was to implement an E-Commerce B2C system for the management of offers in products and services in the Macro Show music house in the city of Riobamba using an ASP.NET framework, with a hypothetical deductive methodology and a SCRUM for system development. ASP.NET was a very important and necessary development tool for the creation of the dynamic application, being that when developing it was very intuitive to be able to capture the needs and requirements of the client, the MVC being the base of the structure, the same that allows us to interact with the information quickly and concisely when making requests to the system. The way the performance evaluation of the web system was carried out under the JMeter application and through the parameters of the McCALL quality model, which did not provide 100% development efficiency to the requests, a response time of seconds and a % in the use of resources. |
