Gestión de riesgos mayores en la Piscina de la Universidad Nacional de Chimborazo: Plan de emergencia.

This research work is based on Prevention, and Mitigation damages control that may cause the presence of an adverse event; and the steps that must be followed if this is lodged in the pool at the National University of Chimborazo, for safeguarding the physical integrity of the participants at all. For this reason the corresponding analysis with needed and different tools were performed to determine the risks and vulnerability having some sports scenes. A data collection to determine the type of structure and materials was used in the construction of the sports scene using the current formats set by the National Risk Secretary Office and the application of different methods such as: The method for the implementation of Emergency Plans for Business (MEIPEE), The Simplified method for Fire Risk Assessment (MESERI) and the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA). With the application of MEIPEE method, fire risks in an average rating was found, while the risks of earthquakes and eruptions had a high risk rating. With the application of MESERI method a slight risk of fire was found for both of them to the ground floor and to the basement. NFPA Method and the application of a low risk of fire was determined. So training and formation of the brigades were also executed, as well as the corresponding drill that was used to verify the correct effectiveness of the Emergency Plan people was evacuated until the point designed in the plan.
