The correct application of the same within a company's production processes attracts economic and social benefits. The case study is of a recognized establishment dedicated to producing wheat products, such as the LEFSKI PAN Bakery and Pastry Shop in the city of Riobamba, which allows knowing the operation of its production processes, which may be the leading cause of economic losses for this establishment. The administration employs ordered steps that will allow the fulfillment of business objectives; and the application of the phases of the administrative process, such as planning, organization, direction, and control, will be essential to set quality parameters in the field of production, for this it will be analyzed through a production system. On the other hand, the optimization of resources will be studied from a productive perspective of the product; the different types of resources will be analyzed, and the steps will be established to optimize resources in various production stages. |
