In the collection of studies, 105 scientific articles were found, of which 35 were chosen, since they met the exclusion and inclusion criteria and had scores of 6 or higher on the PEDro scale. In addition, the articles considered in the project were from 2006 to the present year, since there is a shortage of topics related to Respiratory Physiotherapy, for which multiple databases were used in order to acquire relevant information about the proposed topic such as: PubMed, Cochrane Library, Lilacs, Scielo, Elsevier, Dialnet, among others, since these databases contain scientific support and also updated documents. Concluding with the research and according to the results obtained in the scientific articles, it was possible to prove the validity of Respiratory Physiotherapy together with the different techniques and exercises in each of the selected studies, which were aimed at patients with Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis, since these programs considerably improve the patient's quality of life by alleviating the symptoms related to the disease focusing on the needs of each diagnosed individual.
