| 總結: | This research is based on the literature review about the effectiveness of the Perfetti method, also known as cognitive therapeutic exercise, as an innovative method, created by Carlo Perfetti it has had an important impact in Latin America, this technique presents a neurophysiological and psychological Learning approach. The exercises proposed in this method, from the simplest to the most complex, require the examination of the patient on each surface of the object to be used, marking a considerable difference from other techniques, since organization, space and recognition of the body are needed. The physiotherapeutic intervention will be characterized in guiding the patient towards the activation of their cognitive functions to facilitate maximum recovery within the disorders and damages caused by a cerebrovascular accident that triggers a hemiplegia. Stroke ranks first in the world for disabling diseases and the second cause of death it becomes a serious health problem worldwide. Hemiplegia establishes a neurorehabilitation program trying to stimulate brain plasticity and thus cortical reorganization as an external stimuli receptor. All these results have been obtained through the bibliographic analysis from studies such as: books, scientific articles, thesis, etc., in which the impact and importance that the studies have had over the time and the results that we can verify are specified. The information collected about the Perfetti Method in stroke hemiplegia from several scientifically supported bibliographic sources as (Scielo, Google Scholar, Dialnet, Scopus and Pubmed, WordWideScience),was subject to inclusion and exclusion criteria, search strategies and its quality assessment according to the PEDro scale, from a sample of 35 documents, which refer to the importance and impact of the issue in hemiplegic patients |
