Summary:he objective of this research is the implementation of business plans that allow the development of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), plans, which guide the activities, be they industrial, commercial or service provision, establish objectives and Goals directed at production and sales in a given period. These plans also establish appropriate measures for the good management of the company's resources and adequate financial management, in order to achieve stability and business growth. With this initiative, it was necessary to intervene in a business called "La Vienesa Panadería y Café", which has been running since March of 2016; And that it is one of the branches of the "Viennese Bakery" of the city of Riobamba; The latter, which has been working uninterruptedly since 1930; A bakery of tradition, that produces great variety of bread of high quality and well desired by the population riobambeña and the province of Chimborazo in the republic of Ecuador. The situation in which the company was found was that it did not have economic-financial information, on the one hand; And on the other, its owner lacks the basic knowledge to run his business.
