Résumé:ABSTRACT: The company Agrícola y Pecuaria Todo Agro Cía. Ltda., develops in the agricultural field with its domicile in the city of Riobamba, province of Chimborazo, with sales nationwide, was born in 2016, as a warehouse of agricultural inputs, currently distributes, imports and produces everything related to the agricultural sector, with an important level of sales and with 16 employees, which are distributed in the departments of production, marketing, sales, marketing and administrative department. It has a branch in the city of Alausí and salespeople nationwide. The company currently maintains commercial relations with foreign companies, including its main ally Yuksell Sedes, whose exclusive seed distributor for Ecuador is Todo Agro, as well as importing substrates, fertilizers and various other inputs. The present study intends to learn about organizational development and establish solid bases that allow to carry out the necessary modifications within the company, applying management methods that guarantee the labor welfare of the employees, with the main objective of maintaining a sustainable development and growth over time. The proposed research shows that the company maintains an adequate organizational management, with an agile and efficient management that seeks at all times to keep the staff committed, maintaining a good working environment, which is reflected in the surveys conducted, this has allowed the company to maintain a good sales growth and strengthen in the short time it has been in the market. This research provides important data to determine that there is a directly proportional relationship between a good management of organizational development and the productivity of the company, which motivates managers to maintain this performance through permanent updates and training.
