The deductive method was used and the used techniques were: productivity indicators, observations, interviews and surveys. It was possible to create a new stable and productive system that collects all the procedures according to ISO / IEC 20000 standard. The restructuring in the processes of payment of tuition and fees. A notable growth in productivity of staff that was involved in these processes, likewise a decrease was noted in the consumption of resources such as time, it was based on the results that have had the expected success. It is recommended that after each phase is carried out the respective validations and system monitoring, to carry out an internal audit in order to ensure that the results are expected. It is important to point out that the process of payment of tuition and fees was carried out manually, it was disorderly and had too much paperwork by the performers in this process, with the implementation of ISO / IEC 20000 standard, time improved in each phase, providing a quality service as well. |
