Тойм:ABSTRACT: Communicative interaction in virtual communities refers to the communication and connection between people through digital media on platforms such as social networks, where users can share information, opinions, ideas and experiences, as well as establish relationships and engage in discussions. It is an increasingly relevant phenomenon in today's society. These communities allow people to connect and communicate with each other through digital media. In 2014, the Hashtag (#) Miprimeracoso was used as a power tool in social networks to make known the voice of victims of bullying, so some pages were made with the same ideology as the public group #Miprimeracoso, now virtual communities stand out for it and new technologies have positioned themselves in communication. An analysis of communicative interaction in the Facebook publications of #Miprimeracoso was carried out in order to understand the construction of messages following the interactions with each publication. #Miprimeracoso currently has 556 members who identify with its ideology, the creator is Sofía Blanco, who since 2016 encouraged women to break the silence, however, during the 7 years there are no constant posts or interactions, there are publications shared by members, 48% of this content cannot be viewed, by the established rules of Facebook. According to the research, a manual was proposed to create a virtual community that provides users with a detailed and easy-to-follow guide on how to use and participate effectively. By having this clear and comprehensive tool, the user experience can be enhanced, promoting positive, respectful and productive participation within the community.
