ট্যাগ যুক্ত করুন | সংক্ষিপ্ত: | In this research I will give to know the causes of Contesting Paternity and its impact on the Integral Development of Children and Adolescents transacted in the First Court of Childhood and Adolescence of Riobamba Canton for this research work, taketh into account the different doctrines collected from the literature, that relate to the topic. In this work the bibliographical support of different legal bodies, concerning the problem of study was necessary. This research is divided into: chapters, units, topics and subtopics. Chapter I. consists of the following: Referential Framework, consisting of the approach and problem formulation; the objectives, both general and specific, and justification. Chapter II. Theoretical Framework, we have developed research on the topic, the same consisting of three units, namely: history, rationale, differences, resources, concepts, historical evolution of the family, concepts, determination to set paternity: difference between affiliation and kinship, the challenge paternity, denial, Presumptions of paternity, court Presumption, time limit for contesting paternity after the death of a spouse, Requirements challenge paternity, Challenges recognition, contesting of Motherhood, have the right to challenge, Presumption of the time of Concepcion, Holders action research paternity.. Chapter III.consists of: Methodological Framework and its components, processing and discussion of results and primary verification of the hypothesis. Chapter IV.the conclusions and recommendations of the investigation, which has investigated the basis of what will be found, and, Chapter V. the proposal and bibliography of this research work, thus concluding this investigation is. |
