| Sammanfattning: | Neuro learning is considered a science that provides the brain with different knowledge, so it is considered an organ of learning. The objective of this research is to determine the impact of the nutritional guide on neuro-learning in eighth-year students of the "December 3" Basic Education school during the 2021-2022 school year, belonging to the Province of Loja, was a mixed study since the nutritional clinical history instrument and checklist were used to know neuro learning. The instrument was applied to a population of 34 students between the ages of 11 and 14 years; 14 are female, and 20 are male. In the responses obtained that 21% corresponds to low weight in the male gender, followed by 15% in women. However, 18% of men are obese, 6% are overweight, and 10% are average weight. When applying the nutritional guide, 89% of the students had an average weight; that is, they presented an improvement in their eating style, so the intervention of the nutritional guide and the complement of proteins, carbohydrates, fibers, and fats was positive. In the end, through the qualifications obtained before and after the nutritional guide through the qualifications obtained, the students presented a low development, presenting 53% reaching the required learning (PAR); At the time of intervening with the students, the nutritional guide, 88% dominated the required learning (DAR), thus improving the learning process, ensuring good nutritional training. |
