要約:This study proposes the implementation of gamification as a technological tool in teaching-learning process of Natural Sciences through the design of a virtual classroom for seventh grade students of General Basic Education at the Unidad Educativa Fiscomisional Don Bosco in Macas, during the 2024–2025 academic year. The general objective was to propose gamification as a technological tool in the teaching-learning process of Natural Sciences through the design of a virtual classroom for seventh-grade students at the Unidad Educativa Don Bosco in Macas, academic year 2024–2025. A mixed-methods approach was applied; the research design was non-experimental, descriptive, propositional, and cross-sectional. The sample was intentional and consisted of 36 students. A structured questionnaire, validated by expert judgment, was used and divided into five dimensions: motivation, technological tools, participation, cooperative work, and learning. The results show that 68% of students better understood the content through games, and 72% were able to relate it to real-life situations. In response, a gamified virtual classroom based on the PACIE model was designed, accompanied by a teaching guide incorporating tools such as Genially, Wordwall, and Educaplay. It is concluded that gamification is a viable and innovative didactic strategy that transforms the teaching of Natural Sciences, strengthens digital competencies, and promotes a more active and meaningful education aligned with the demands of the 21st century.
