总结:The current research was carried out in the canton of Pallatanga, province of Chimborazo and it focused on the study of the existing problems and selecting the variables with which we worked and approved in a internal institutional process, the research is basic and descriptive type with documentary and field method, for data collection a cross sectional kind was determined through the application of surveys previously validated by a assigned group of experts and they were subject to a test of statistical reliability , to this the cooperation of citizens and owners of the local restaurant was added they allowed us under their criterion that the data obtained with the program SPSS version No.23 be analyzed later, validating with this the verification of the hypotheses that say the food culture affects the tourist development of the canton Pallatanga, province of Chimborazo and the traditionalism marks in the tourism development of the canton Pallatanga, province of Chimborazo, discussion that automatically demonstrates the acceptances of the general hypothesis, thus with the pertinent conclusions and recommendations, it led to the following proposal an information booklet about the alimentary patrimony of the Pallatanga canton, thus allowing people to promote the tourism since the fact that feeding and tourism have inherent relation.
