Добавить метку | Итог: | Nursing care during the physiological puerperium is still a primary focus in care, being considered as the first step to adaptation in this process. The objective of this research is to describe nursing care during the physiological puerperium through a bibliographic review of a documentary type through the analysis of 46 articles, in which three criteria of choice were used: pertinence, exhaustiveness and currentness, as regards to the inclusion criteria in this investigation were articles published in Spanish, English and Portuguese being taken into account the last five years. The results of this bibliographical research highlighted that the client is dissatisfied with care she provides regarding care and education, which is why there is a lack of knowledge about the changes that occur in this stage, and it must be taken into account that the puerperium is a period in which the woman needs constant emotional and physical support without leaving aside the respect, communication and the nurse-patient relationship. |
