The irruption of iatrogenesis is added, where paresthesia is inserted in the term. The different methods of obturation are highlighted from the information sources managed. The state of the art reveals the development of endodontics, the instruments used in files and the dentist's intervention in root canals. The symptoms that occur in the paresthesia of the lower dental nerve are explained and determined, where the sources carry out studies by gender, age, managing to differentiate the symptoms and consequences. The research design is descriptive and explanatory from a qualitative perspective, combining theoretical, descriptive, and qualitative types of research. A meta-analysis was performed based on the PRISMA model. The inclusion and exclusion criteria were observed by selecting seventeen sources of information in Spanish and English language where the origin indicates 70% with 12 sources from PubMed: 12% from Dialnet with 2 sources, 1% from SCielo with 1 source, and 12% from ResearchGate with 2 sources. It is recommended that this study be extended to French, German and Portuguese language information sources, given the richness and diversity of the subject matter found, to combine the terms and key words in specialized search engines and broaden the search spectrum, and to apply the findings indicated in this research in the subjects of the degree course to enable students to access the state of the art. |
