Résumé:ABSTRACT: The research project was developed in the bibliographic review modality, which consisted of the collection of scientific documents of impact on the topic of dry puncture in patients with post-stroke spasticity. In which the effectiveness of the technique when applied is detailed, which directly affects the sequel generated by the ACV, showing beneficial results in the short and medium term in the collection of studies of found 103 articles articles were found, of which 40 were chosen, since they met the inclusion and exclusion criteria and had scores of 6 or higher on the PEDro scale. In addition, the articles considered in the project were from 2010 to the present year, it should be noted that there is a shortage of topics related to dry needling in physical therapy, for this multiple databases were used in order to acquire relevant information about the proposed topic such as: PubMed, Cochrane Library, Scielo, Elsevier, Dialnet, among others, since these databases contain scientific support and also have updated documents. Once the research was completed and according to the results obtained in the scientific articles, the validity of dry needling was proved in each of the selected studies, which were aimed at patients with post-stroke spasticity, since these programs considerably improve the patient's quality of life by relieving the symptoms related to the disease, focusing on the needs of each individual diagnosed.
