Sumari:The current research paper eniled the aquatic and terrestrial ecosystems in the development of macroskills in Natural Sciences, focused on the goal of making a diagnosis to children in order to identify the level of knowledge of students in the area, considering its importance for the preservation and development of nature. The approach and formulation of the problem, followed by justification were based on their importance, relevance, beneficiaries, feasibility and impact. In the theoretical framework are referenced background of previous research in other higher education centers have found if similarity with our theme. Regarding the theoretical foundation of the focus of concepts, relevant content of the independent variable, such as lakes, ponds, streams, rivers, mangroves salinity, reefs, etc., in this case for the study of aquatic and terrestrial ecosystems, while the dependent variable refers to the development of macroskills in Natural Sciences, where consist issues that relate to the skills judiciously performance, integrated curricular axis curricular areas, cycles of nature and others. The research methodology started from the methods, design and type of research, the population corresponds to 20 boys and 19 girls Sixth Grade "A. Subsequently a survey was applied to the students, based on the questionnaire as an instrument, the data obtained allowed the tabulationof data for processing in statistical tables and charts, the same that allowed the analysis and interpretation of results, appearance point to identify their problems and determine its findings and recommendations, highlighting the priority given proper application of methodological strategies in learning processes and thus get better results. Finally the literature was considered and the survey and photographs that show the work was performed during the entire process.
