Evaluación en la Aplicación del Manual de Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura en la Agroempresa "Biocaña" de suncamal.

This survey show the evaluation on the application of the Manual of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in agro company "Biocana" of Suncamal. The research contains a deep analysis thorough of the initial situation and diagnosis. The study of the main problems in relation to handling the product, also the implementation of processes GMP to reach acceptance of the products on the market. The countries what import granulated sugar, and products derived from sugarcane have required compliance with certain guidelines designed to achieve satisfy the requirements of Food Safety, to ensure the satisfaction and safety of consumers. The main reason for this study in agribusiness "Biocana", in which either succeeded in implementing the requirements that do not require the Ecuadorian Regulations (B.P.M.). Executive Declaration 3253 recognized for all companies responsible for food processing. This is the need for proper implementation of the (B.P.M). The company has achieved to increase the percentage of compliance (B.P.M). At beginning in 15% compliance.
