Özet:The present research work titled: Commercial management and corporate image “EL ARTESANO” ironmongery, in Riobamba city during 2017. Its objective is to determine whether the commercial management influences the corporate image of the ironmongery “El ARTESANO”. The applied method in the research was: problem statement, hypothesis, consequence deduction hypothesis and verification. The research was characterized by being a field and descriptive investigation. The research design was not experimental. The study population consisted of persons who belong to Licán parish. 367 people were part of the sample; questionnaires were applied to all of them in order to know their opinion concerning to the commercial management and its company corporate image. The results showed that the company should improve its corporate image “EL ARTESANO”; additionally, they should take advantage of their strengths for reinforcing customers` perceptions about the company.
