Examen Especial a los Ingresos y Gastos Corrientes del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Parroquial de Shell, período 2022.

This research project was initiated with the specific aim of conducting a special examination of the current income and expenses of the Decentralized Parochial Autonomous Government of Shell in the period 2022. The investigation began with a problem statement to identify its key aspects. Both general and specific objectives were defined, and the research methodology involved documentary and field research, enabling visits to the entity and analysis of previously conducted work. The carrying out of special examination of the income and current expenses of the parish GAD was developed through the three phases of the audit, in the first phase, planning was carried out, which in turn was subdivided into two phases: the preliminary planning that allowed to obtain a general analysis of the actual situation of the GAD, and then the specific planning was completed, in which the internal control of each component was evaluated. In the second phase, summary, analytical, and sub-analytical records were prepared for each audited component to conclude with findings found in this phase. Finally, the third phase concluded with the final report of the special examination carried out on the entity, in said report, comments, conclusions, and respective recommendations were established and which was delivered to the president of the GAD, hoping that it would be of great help to the decision making regarding the findings found in the implementation of this project.
