| Sumario: | AGROBEST, isn´t working according the current law of the Ecuadorian state because it lacks a Occupational Health and Safety Prevention Management Program. This research seeks to reduce the company´s labor risks, as well as economic and social losses, improving the family, labor, financial and administrative situation. The main objective is to demonstrate how the Occupational Health and Safety management system will reduce occupational hazards in the "AGROBEST" company of Colta canton in 2015. The diagnosis of the current situation of the AGROBEST company from the environment of industrial safety and occupational health, proposing an improvement plan that will comply with the provisions of the country's regulatory authorities, prevent the health of employees from being compromised when carrying out their work activities and damage the company´s assets. The type of research carried out is applied since it was based on an initial audit in which the result obtained is zero percent of compliance in: Administrative management, human talent, technique and basic operating procedures. Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment was performed in each job, risk assessment and mitigation methodologies were used, such as: the GTC 45 risk matrix, the INSHT Simple Risk Identification Matrix, NFPA standards, INEN standards among other. With the information collected, it was verified that it had a zero percent compliance. Then a quantitative analysis of the results was carried out, evidencing the need to improve the organization of jobs, orient and train the worker on various topics in as regards industrial safety, establish safety standards and policies that help prevent accidents within the organization and contribute to the improvement of safety conditions per job. These results indicate that the management system must be carried out with the regulations in force in the country.
