Indumentaria, simbolismo y personajes típicos de los pases de niños tradicionales de la Zona Urbana del Cantón Riobamba, para la revitalización de los personajes tradicionales.

Revitalization Plan as a tool for cultural management aims to improve the existing situation of the cultural manifestation "Pase de niño". Identifying how the identity of the typical characters is expressed in the traditional “Pase del Niño”, which is the interaction of the symbols and his dress. Which are the changes that has contracted in the collective memory of Riobamba citizens. Towards this question, the current study values its clothing, and symbolism of these characters; based on the respect for the people who maintains memory individual actors those with features allow closely linked to the social - economic development of the city of Riobamba. The revitalization plan will be determined in five phases: its planning will determine the current situation of cultural manifestation, the research will be based theoretically where the information is compiled to define suitable tools for lifting it, its transmission allows the creation of spaces for socializing this subject. Dissemination allows to promote the exchange of collective knowledge of this event and the results identify the components found and how to mitigate them. The methodology of cultural revitalization is an orderly to help strengthen the identity of people way, through coordinated action between the research team and the local organization. Revitalize strengthens ties between internal, external actors that will diversify this collective oral memory to run this revitalization Plan.
